This problem can happen on occasion, and does not necessarily mean you are banned from Google AdSense. White Ads are common if there are no ads that can relate to your web content. White or blank ads can also appear if you newly created an ad and there was not enough time for it to generate ad content for your website. It roughly takes about 10-15 minutes before the ad is completely ready.
Google could be experiencing a hiccup in their Ad servers, which has happened quite a few times in the past.
Your last resort is the possibility of a ban. If in the instance you think you are banned from Google AdSense and you know for a fact you have not broken the Terms of Service, contact Google immediately, this could save your account. You could be a victim of a click attack, also known as click bombing.
